The Fresh Soup Company was established in 1999 by Michael McAllister and Ronan Carr. Ronan has a strong business background having managed successful companies in the tourism and medical supplies industries and Michael is a chef with 12 years experience running his own successful restaurant in Drogheda.

The company produce a range of Fresh Soups, which are supplied in catering packs of 5 litres. There are over 25 varieties of soups for a wide range of suppliers and end users including many of the top food distribution companies in Ireland.
